The policy of Abu Jaafar Al-Mansour in the application of the administrative control system

Abstract

Despite the fact that the Abbasiyah caliphate initially started when Abi Al-Abbas was appointed caliph, but the actual founder of the Abbasiyah state was Abu Ja`afar Al-Mansor. He worked so hard to build the caliphate internally (locally) and externally (regionally) based on a set of procedures that give the caliphate, at that time of his rule, the prestige of a state. The main procedures that the Abbasiyah caliph focused on were the internal reform which were represented in the policy of the implementation of the control system. More specifically, he was highly determined to apply justice to all of his men and aldermen of the regions of the abbasiyah state, news was brought to him daily about what was going on in the areas of his rule. He established at an accurate control system and put some of his men to monitor everything that is going on, prices level and to penalize the misusers if the state power. That rule was established to be applied to all in order for everyone to know their rights and others rights. The caliph was great to realize that the policy of the implementation of the control system was essential to save the state`s resources as well as maintaining the rule of the state.
