Effect of reading comprehension skills in the written expression of the second intermediate students in reading and texts

Abstract

To achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared a list of reading comprehension skills presented to a group of experts, arbitrators and specialists in education and teaching methods. Twenty (20) skills were chosen for second grade students. The researcher also chose a target sample of (67) Al-Shamoos for girls affiliated with Babil Governorate. The researcher randomly selected the two research groups. A (A) was chosen to represent the experimental group with 33 students and B to represent the control group with 34 female students. After the analysis of the results, Experimental students who studied reading and texts with reading comprehension skills on students of the control group who studied the same subject in the traditional way in the final achievement test.
