The Reality of Workers Productivity in View of the Personal Variables of a Sample of Workers A case study of the grain department in the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies in Nineveh.

Abstract

The objective of the search is to study the productivity of workers in the shadow of the personal variables of the workers of the grain department in the General Company for the manufacture of medicines and medical supplies in Nineveh. The grain department was chosen as one of the most important productive divisions in the surveyed organization. After analyzing all the data obtained using the coefficient of One Way Anova test to determine the importance of the model, the number of employees in the drinks department (181), preceded by providing a theoretical framework to take advantage of the views of the book on the concepts of personal variables and productivity of the work element. The research found a number of conclusions, the most important of which are: the productivity of male workers is greater than that of female workers, and workers with family ties have higher productivity than unmarried workers. The higher the age of an individual, the lower its productivity.
