Abstract

Graduates of higher education in general, are particularly faces and Private education great challenge of high unemployment levels among segments of graduates and non-alignment of education outputs with labor market requirements as well as the lack of higher education from the needs of the market and keep pace with the constant changes in those needs control capability in light of the expansion of demand conditions Education and inflation outcomes.When calculating the correlation coefficient between the graduates and the unemployment rate reaching (0.21) emerged from the results of the analysis that the greater the number of students enrolled in education and graduates them whenever unemployment rates have increased in Iraq, especially the "humanitarian and administrative functions, must ear harmonization of the undergraduate majors and the needs of the labor market, while encouraging the private sector to invest in the field of technical education to achieve a balance between the number of graduates and their terms of reference and the labor market
