Abstract

Organizations are priced in terms of the business environment now to perform their work efficiently and effectively and in a form that achieves its goals shortest time possible, and this is generally the organizations are trying hard to overcome all the obstacles that stand in the face of achieving the goals. One of the main obstacles conflict situations between individuals working that lead to a decline in work significantly based on the current research seeks to shed light on one of the most important mechanisms for theelimination of conflict and the exploitation of a zkaouat types of business which is emotional intelligence.That was the research methodology is the study of the relationship between emotional intelligence and organizational conflict and the impact of the first in the second in terms of the possibility of reduced or canceled. The research sought to determine the effects as a community college for research and data collection adopted in the form of a questionnaire as a tool and the head of the observation and interview for the required access to the truth having analyzed the research data Baltquant necessary for this research has come to a set of conclusions including:1.
