Management of Social identity and its relation to the generous debts of nursing staff in AL- Diwaniyah

Abstract

The aim of the study is to identify the management of social identity، the compassionate self among the nursing staff in Diwaniyah governorate، the differences in the management of social identity، the compassionate self according to the gender variable and the years of service، and the correlation between social identity management and the compassionate Diwaniya. The applied research sample consisted of (500) nurses working in health centers in Diwaniyah city. The research found the following results: Differences in the management of the social identity، the compassionate self to the type variable and the years of service of the nurses in hospital in Diwaniya Governorate.
