Differences and convergence between receive and response.

Abstract

Reception theory is based on the essence of the basis of which is the reader who receives and makes the initial meaning of the text and demonstrates this meaning through an interactive process between the two ends; the reader, the resultant author of text and the text in which the author places a specific intention. Thus, the literary work in the light of the reception theory is the result of the interaction between the text and the reader. It does not meet one party at the expense of the other. Rather, it seeks to create interaction between background formations of the text and the scopes of meaning. That is, the textual analysis and the background experience and knowledge reflect the criticism of reader’s response which puts the reader at the top of the pyramid, eliminating the existence of the author of the text. From this end, the research is to find the critics of convergence and the variance between reception and response.
