Visual vision exercises according to the distributed method and its impact on the most important physical features of the disabled handball

Abstract

The current research aims to the following points :1-Learning the visual vision exercises according to the distributed method and its impact on the most important physical features of the disabled handball game . 2-Evaluation and comparison between pre-test and post-tests for the groups that are included in the research . The researchers hypothesized that the visual vision exercises according to the distributed method positively affect the development of the most important physical characteristics of the disabled handball game. The researchers used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research, and the sample included (62) players . They were homogenized in variables (age, age, training age, height, weight), as well as equivalence in tests of the most important physical characteristics . The control group carried out the program that is prepared by the trainer while the experimental group carried out visual vision exercises according to the distributed method . Each program lasts 8 weeks with two training units per week. The time for the exercise lasts (30-40) minutes per unit. The exercises Start on 2/2/2018 until 2/4/2018 .
