The reality of the management of changing to improve the work in management of sports clubs in Baghdad from the view of the members of the Administrative Board

Abstract

the research interested in the direction of management changing as a basis for the work of sports clubs. The problem of this research is the work in management of sports clubs and how they dealing with changing and what is their plans. The purpose of this study to identify about the reality of management of changing to improve sports club’s work from the view of the members of the Administrative Board. The sample consist of the Administrative Board in Baghdad (431) member that equal (03%) with (43) applications divided 4 main fields. The most important conclusions that Administrative Board has the main role to make success in all direction in clubs and what we find they are working in classical and traditional ways. The most important recommendations that to depends on management of changing as a mine thing to improve the clubs work and rebuild and reorganize their work and planning foe future.
