The effect of special exercises for the upper limb and trunk muscles in the development of some special abilities and the distance of the ball kick and throw seam for advanced soccer players

Abstract

The study aimed to develop special exercises for the Upper and Trumpet to develop some of the physical and skill capabilities under study and to identify their effect in developing physical and skill abilities under study. The researchers hypothesized that special exercise of the upper limb and trunk would affect the development of physical and skill capabilities under study.Research procedures, the researchers used the experimental method to fit the research sample with a single group design. The research community is one of the (27) players of the Misan oil chub in players who participated in the Iraqi league for the 2017-2018 season. The sample of the research was also chosen in a deliberate manner (24) players after the exclusion of (3) injured players.The researchers also conducted a test experiment on the tests on Saturday and Sunday, 20-21/8/2017 A week later, the researchers conducted a trial of the exercises on Saturday and Sunday, 26-27/8/2017, then the researchers done the pretests in Wednesday and Thursday 30-3/8/2017. The first training unit was held on Saturday, 2/9/2017, and the last training unit was held on Wednesday 25/10/2017. The training curriculum lasted for 8 weeks (3) training units per week (Saturday, Monday and Wednesday) and the units consisted of two training objectives. (Speed and explosive force) and the third (speed and force characteristic of speed). After the completion of the curriculum, the researchers conducted their past tests on Saturday and Sunday (28-29/10/2017), after which the researchers processed the results statistically Through the (SPSS) program, after the results were presented and discussed, and through the results, the researchers reached the most important conclusions: The exercises were positive in the development of physical characteristics, the distance of the kick and the contact pitch under study, Develop physical and skill performance.In the light of the findings of the researchers put the most important recommendations are. The importance of attention to upper and torso exercises at specific rates commensurate with the need for efficiency, attention to strength training and all muscles of the body when building training curricula, and the need to add fitness coaches to the football teams in the Premier League. It is necessary to train the side throw and kick the target as one of the success factors of the action plan.
