Abstract

The research aim is to identify the dimensions of organizational structure and administrative creativity in the research community and determine the nature of the correlation between the two variables and to know the effect between them to achieve the research aim .The analytical descriptive approach was used in this research. The research community consists of employees of Al-Rasheed Bank (Al-Wathba and Al Mustansiriya Branches). The total number of the employees was 99. The researcher distributed the forms to all the members. Two forms were excluded for their lack of validity ,the number of the approved forms in the analysis (97) forms . The questionnaire was designed according to the previous studies related to the subject. The comprehensive survey of the research sample was used. Using statistical means, the researcher found a correlation between the design of the organizational structure of the organization and the administrative creativity within it. The research concluded that Design of the appropriate organizational structure is of the important variables in increasing the administrative creativity in the sample
