Abstract

The objective of the research is to identify the role of logistics management in enhancing the competitive advantage, The sample consisted of (200 managers of Iraqi telecommunications companies, To achieve the research objectives, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method, and after the proper statistical methods, The research reached conclusions, the most important of which is the relationship between the independent variable (logistic management) and the dependent variable (competitive advantage) Based on the research results, the researcher recommended, The need for attention by the departments of logistics services and considered an administrative department in itself to make them perform their duties with the efficiency and quality required in order to achieve and enhance the competitive advantage in these companies, and the need to hold more courses for employees of Iraqi telecom companies to raise awareness and awareness of the importance of managing logistics operations and their impact on enhancing the competitive advantage.
