E-government success factors and their role in improving service

Abstract

The aim of this research is to uncover the dimensions or factors of successof the e-government and its role in improving the service provided to thecitizen. We will consider after improving the service in particular as animportant indicator in the progress of institutional performance in general.The main tool for data collection is the electronic questionnaire, in additionto personal interviews with some of the employees of the e-governmentproject in the Department of Government Coordination and Citizens Affairsin the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers. Himself. Thequestionnaire covered all the employees of the project mentioned in thedepartment in question and in all its branches (169). A set of statisticalmethods were used. The service provided to the citizen, the research alsomade a set of recommendations, the most important is the development ofthis project to be applied in all areas and institutions in the Iraqi state, for thesuccess, development and spread.
