(Breakthrough Thinking to Heads of Departments)

Abstract

Abstract:The current research aims at the following:1.Degree of breakthrough thinking to the heads of department.2.Differences of statistical meanings of breakthrough thinking to the head of department according to two variables (gender and field). To carry out the research aims, the researcher adopted (Puccio) scale (2011) to measure the breakthrough thinking that relies on his theory after Arabizing, translating and extracting the standard features. The breakthrough Thinking in its primary form consisted of (36) items distributed on (four points): (Those of clear thinking, Those of thoughtful Thinking, Those of developed Thinking, and Those of the implemented Thinking). The standard features of the two scale were investigated after their application on the statistical analysis sample of (250). Truth was investigated through face validity by consulting the two scale by (14) referees specialized in the educational and psychological sciences and assessment and evaluation. By this procedure, I followed the breakthrough thinking scale on all items and modified some of them, at the same time. Then, the researcher drew out the construct validity of the two scale by two styles recognized power and recognized validity, the connection style and internal harmony. Based on these procedures, (33) items of breakthrough thinking scale. The researcher investigated stability by the use of (Alfa crown Bakh formula). The stability coefficient were high reached (0,89) for both scale. After data analysis statistically, by using the statistical program (spss), the following points were concluded:1. Middle Euphrates heads of departments have breakthrough thinking.2. There is no difference between the scientific and human specialization in the breakthrough thinking. On the light of the results, the researcher gives the most important recommendations:1. Special care should be taken to research applied on heads of departments. The recommendations should be taken in consideration since it is first responsible on building and developing the educational process with typical form.2. Possibility of using the breakthrough thinking scale and social persuasion scale by heads of departments on instructors to evaluate their satisfaction level to students and developing their abilities of thinking.The researcher also presented some suggestions like:1. Making researches aim at finding the relation between the breakthrough thinking and other variables as ( self-emphasis, taking decision).
