The achievement and retention of mathematics subject ALEN HOVER the effect of teaching a model among middle school students

Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the effect of teaching in ALEN HOVER model on achievement and retention of mathematics among preparatory stage students. A deliberate sample of (43) fourth grade students was selected in two divisions, (21) experimental group students and (22) female students. A control test was prepared and applied to the survey sample in order to verify the validity and reliability, and then applied to the research sample and after two weeks was applied again to determine the degree of retention, the results showed that there are statistically significant differences in favor of the experimental group in both collection and retention in Maths
