Comparison of maximum strength and peak electrical activity (EMG) of the muscles of the two legs among bodybuilding players and Weightlifting

Abstract

It is known that within the strength training ,there are trends and in order to identify the extent of the effects of strength training according to their direction in the nervous or muscular direction as appropriate to the type of the activity which is directed to stimulate and mobilize the units of mobility with the threshold of the highest excitement in both types of training. The researcher compared the maximum strength of the activities of the intensity to identify the superiority of the output of the force in the case of the direction of training for muscle mass or the activity of the flexibility of nerve processes. The main objectives of the research were to identify the following 1. Compare of the maximum strength and peak electrical activity of the muscles among the bodybuilding and weightlifting of the muscles of the two legs. The researcher selected a random sample of the players of Baghdad clubs (weight lifting - building bodies) of (12) players ,(6) players building bodies, (6) weight lifting players. The researcher conducted tests of maximum strength of the two legs on the sample and the results were obtained and processed Statistically using ( SPSS
