Abstract

AbstractThis paper seeks to construct an optical system for the purpose of estimating the glucose level in the eye by using noninvasive Laser Helium neon light .Ocular Aqueous Humor was put in the Virtual Anterior Camber where a model for allowing Laser beams to pass through the eye-socket (Eye-chamber) through Double Reflection of the Laser beam . By knowing the degree of the rotation angle of polarization level the glucose level in the Ocular Aqueous Humor can be determined. Laser constancy in terms of polarization was taken in to consideration when designing the system. The conclusions clearly show the correspondence between the measured values and the estimated values of the component elements of the Ocular Aqueous Humor (under investigation) and concentration (100mg/dl) by means of empirical mathematical relations especially devised for this purpose.
