Use linear programming to determine the economically optimal common carp diet

Abstract

Fish is an interesting source of animal protein that meat linked to the growth of the body, a source of healthy diet for a person for the content of fatty acids, non-divergent, which leads to reduction of cholesterol in the blood. The fact pay attention to the nutritional status of fish as the backbone of fish farming. Were studied four diets of fish with carp ordinary sources of protein and the use of different feedstuffs available in the local markets for the purpose of reducing dependence on imported materials. Examined the growth parameters such as growth of different qualitative and relative RGR SGR and feed conversion ratio FCR and take advantage of the PER protein and protein deposits PD and calculate the cost of production through the use of linear programming to estimate costs and determine the optimal diet in terms of cost and growth. The results showed that the bush (4) were the best and the container on the loحcal sources of feed as a total cost (1135.03) Iraqi dinars and they are up to the desired weight by 34 kg a week.
