Sensibilities of pregnant women urinary tract infections

Abstract

Some inflammatory infections are very effective and widely spreaded among the pregnant women. This study includes: (145) pregnant, (48) non pregnant, (20) unmarried and the controlled group that contains (20) pregnant women.All of them are undergone a blood test to determine the level of sugar and ratio of Hemoglobin as well as urine test to determine the level of pus cells and the content of protein. Urine is also cultured according to standard normal procedure of laboratory roles.The results have showmen that bacterial infections are occurred in urinary tract and the rates are: 24.8 % for pregnant women, 10.42% for non pregnant in 10% for unmarried women. There are no infections within the controlled group.The high rate of infection is among the women of early ages (Youngs of 18-25 years) in comparison with following groups. There is a tendency at a rate 34% for pregnant who suffered from anemia to inflict infections. Bacteria E-coli record high rate of infections that is 38.8% followed by the other kinds. This study shows that there is a tendency to the infections of urinary tract that belong to the economic level, educational factor and clinical consciousness.
