دراسة جودة الصور التلفزيونية لقناة فضائية تُبث عبر ثلاثة أقمار أصطناعية بالأعتماد على الخصائص الإحصائية

Abstract

Due to the range applications of digital images processing and analysis, in all fields of life, the need has come out to use these images in the fields of medicine, military, geography, industry; perhaps the most important and widest spread in the modern world is the satellite and TV.Images due to the significance of wide news information and scientism on communication system among countries. The Scientific research had engaged great range field of know ledge and modern sciences in the subject of image processing, but the current (circulating) image often be present with some faults which in clouding appears different kinds of noise which deface the image and make it difficult to make clear (clarification), thus, we proceed to this research to analyzing techniques of satellite TV.Images and analyzing the noise which accompanying with the images. In this analyses study of transferred T. images we had been studied the quality of the TV and satellites images which are broadcast in the space from satellites (Hot Bird, Nile Sat, Arab Sat) and comparing then with one another depending on statistic characteristics and statement of intensity distribution of the color compound (RGB) and light compound (L), the mean (μ), the stander deviation (σ) and analyzing both of then as a function to the snapshot(frame) time recording (12 frames) . During study and statement the characteristic of TV images we didn’t find great differences between three satellites, because of the manner of these three satellites which took the same chromatic bundles (RGB) and lighting (L), while in the statement the valued each of the mean (μ) and the stander deviation (σ), the results showed that best images was for (Hot Bird), because it showed less valued of (σ) an other satellites.
