In this research, the study of effect of irradiation by gamma rays for source (Cs137) for period time (21) days on optical propertices such as absorption coeffeicient ()and energy gap (Eg) for thin films copper oxide (CuO) prepared by the chemical spray pyrolysis and deposited on glass substrates heated to (350oC) for two difference thickness and (10500Å).
