The Effect of job pressures on performance Applied (research on Leather industry)

Abstract

Man-Power plays an important role in all fields of work. It is considered the most efficient management for any developing Process if it is well used and the suitable practical atmosphere is provided. The study of man-Power and the solution of all its problems are the most important requirements of the developing process in work, among which is pressure on workers and the poor their performance. There is some disparity among workers who are exposed to tension according to personal features and the differences of changes in the organizational tension in regard with their power of connection, impact, moral levels, and the nature of relation. The results of the research has show that there is a relation of connection and impact between changes of the research on the level of overall indicators and old changes.It has also shown the difference of in the relative importance for the reasons leading to the intention to leave work and the consequences vesultant from running work.The most prominent recommendations of the present research lie in the importance of reading the personal features of workers for their differences in exposion to tension. The research secommends to seriously remove double standard and ambiguity and give way to workers to express their opinions and encourage them to participate in making deceisions
