Abstract

The research aims to the following: 1 - identify the level of managerial decision-making to the heads of departments and special sections in Physical Education University of Mosul. 2 -Identifying the differences in managerial decision-making between the heads of departments and special sections in Physical Education University of Mosul. Used the descriptive method, a sample of (10) members (5) department heads, (5) decisions, was adopted tool stomach (Tai, 2001) in making administrative decisions, has been processing data statistically using of the quarterly arithmetic mean, standard deviation, equation Sbermn Brown and the average individual, and test (v). The researcher concluded the following: 1 - owning heads of departments and special sections in Physical Education University of Mosul, a positive level for management decisions. 2 - There are no significant differences in the level of managerial decision-making between the heads of departments and special sections in Physical Education. In light of the results the researcher presented a number of recommendations and include the following: 1 - preparation of models to help determine the appropriate characteristics of the decisions and find out the information requirements of the process of managerial decision-making. 2 - promote the participation of heads of departments and special sections of physical education in the light of the behavior management decision-making in the work environment of sports. 3 - Development of the qualitative decision-making process within the organization of sports. 4 - use of experts and professionals in the field of managerial decision-making for the establishment of courses and seminars for the development decision-making in sports organizations. 5 - Conducting such a study on other samples such as sports clubs, youth centers and clubs, girls and sports federations and representations of the Sub-National Olympic Committee of Iraq.
