Abstract

The study aims to look into the nature of the American-Israeli relations in the era of former U.S. president Bill Clinton, to identify the American bias to Israel and the reasons and motives behind the U.S. policy towards the Arab region in general and the Palestinian issue in particular. During its study to explore the rationale, historical introductions of contradiction and conflict of the Islamic and Christian Almtzin dimension of Christian-based doctrines of joint and the accompanying strategic interests, economic and military relations dictated the construction of a U.S. pro-Israel. From here the study found that, among other factors and multiple motives Tsandt together to affect decision-making centers in the U.S. As a result, the commitment of all U.S. administrations, including the Clinton administration to protect Israel and maintain security and to legitimize their presence in the Arab region through the peace efforts of U.S. administrations in favor of bias towards Israel, with adoption of the "principle of duplication" as a game of political strategy practiced by America to pass a permanent and cutting the time, which flows result in the interest of "perpetuating the" American bias to Israel by all departments of the republic and democracy.
