Abstract

This paper is concemed with estimation of Reliability Function ofthe two parameter Rayleigh distribution.Suggested lnethods forestimating the two parameter of Rayleigh distl■ bution and its ReliabilityFunction and then a program will be presented here,also an empi五calstudy depends on silnulated observations with different parameter'svalues and sampleis sizes from Rayleigh distl■ bution was conducted,tocompare between different rnodifled methods depends on their lneansquare error and to show practically that the suggested rnethods workwcn in estimation of Reliability Function.Itis shown thatthe SecondⅣlodifled Maximum Likelihood Method is the best rnethod in the caseof all sample's sizes and paralneters values used.
