Abstract

The experience of the reverse evaluation is one of the most important tests applied by the University of Kufa in its strategy to ensure quality, This research study considered one of the most important experience of reverse Evaluation of the lecturer, focusing on unsatisfactory cases of less than (60%) performance. Although the percentage of those who did not achieve satisfactory rate were limited, but this is considered a big problem at the University of Kufa. The evaluation contributed a good sign for improvement, of the quality assurance. The study found a set of important results in reveres Evaluation of the lecturing quality in the way of the lecturing the scientific materials. Any of the lecturers who were failed in the evaluation should have a training course to achieved the required level, quality assurance in the University of Kufa is very important subject to increase the requirement of the of the quality achievement.
