The impact of external reading of the poems in the collection of noodles first intermediate grade students in the expressive performance

Abstract

The study was conducted at AL- Durar secondary schoolin Baquba – Diyala governorate . It focuses on theEffect of additional reading of the poems on the achievement offirst intermediate students in composition .The sample consists of (44) female students studyingpoems and (20) female students studying compositions bytraditional approach . The researchers parallel between twogroups (fixed & experiment )on the following variants. Theaverage of sixth primary class and the educational degree of theparents.The experiment was applied at the beginning of theacademic year 2008-2009 and continued for the whole course.On of the researchers taught each group students six topics andat the end of the experiment she made the students sit for alater test on aunified topic for both groups to write on . she dependedon Al –Hashimi criteria on scoring students writings.The results showed that there was no statisticallysignificant difference at level (0,05)
