Abstract

The study aimed to identify the level of multiple intelligences of students of mathematics teachers at the University of Al-Aqsa and its relationship with the habits of mind, and the study was conducted on a sample of students, teachers of mathematics at the University of the Maximum Amount of (280).The researchers used a measure of multi- intelligences, and other habits of mind to measure the types of intelligences nine and sixteen contract habits. The study reached the following conclusions: Taking arrangement intelligences multi- sample study were as follows: social intelligence as a percentage of (79.4 %) , then the existential, logical, personal internal, spatial, mathematical, natural, linguistic, and finally intelligent musician as a percentage of (46.6 %).The habits of mind was arranged with the sample of the study are as follows: finding humor as a percentage of (84.6%), listening with understanding and sympathy, apply previous knowledge to new situations, the pursuit of precision, continuous learning, responding amazingly, control recklessness, responsibility and risk, thinking interactive, questioning and Posing Problems, thinking flexibly, perseverance, think and communicate clearly and accurately, data collection all the senses, perception and creativity, and finally thinking about thinking as a percentage of (71.1 %). The results also indicate the existence of a close relationship between the level of students in multiple intelligences and habits of mind correlation coefficient was (0.82).The study showed the presence of statistically significant differences in each of the multiple intelligences and habits of mind in favor of males in each, and students at the university level I and II together in each. And the results show the superiority of students with estimates “excellent and very good " on the rest of the estimates in each of the two scales, the study concluded recommendations based on the results that came out of them.
