Abstract

This research was designed to study the relationship between two main variables; The Empowerment and The Organizational Development to know the effect of employs empowerment on the Develop and success of the organization.A self completion questionnaire was used to collect data of this research from a random sample represent forty employs who works in state company for woolen industries in Bagdad.The result of this research was positive relationship between employs empowerment and organizational successful, and the important concluded that the leadership of the company take care of the idea of employ empowerment in the company which that has the positive effect on the employs behavior and performance and then on the success and development of organizations, And the important recommends that the leadership should be encouraged to depend this style to increase the employ wishes to work and to overcome the problem which may be deal with the customers and solve it without returning to the management to solve it.
