Abstract

The study aims to identify the performance of the human resources information system with its components (human resource planning, recruitment, training, compensation, and performance appraisal)Where it appeared performance of this system up to an average, while the organizational loyalty as the dependent variable was up an average different fields , and show that there is a significant relationship and effect between human resources information system and organizational loyalty, but there is no effect between human resources planning and organizational loyalty.This study recommended that increased attention to and activate the role of this system in the planning, recruitment, training and performance appraisal.
