The study of histopathological lesions that induced by Escherichia coli bacteria in liver of white mice and treated with Zamzam water

Abstract

The present study aimed to evaluate the histopathological lesions in the liver of white mice that appear when infected with Escherichia coli bacteria orally treatment in the laboratory and to use Zamzam water at two terms in two different time periods. Results showes that the bacteria E. coli cause major histological changes in the liver had been occurred Separation of endothelial cells from the lining of the central vein , Hemorrhage as well as bloody congestion, infelteration of inflammatory cells between cells and hepatic necrosis and hepatic cell degeneration. While histologic changes in the liver of mice treated with Zamzam water showed significant improvement in terms of the arrangement tapes hepatic and few cases of necrosis , hemorrhage .the results of treatment totals for the treatment for 10 days better than treated for 5 days in both groups therapeutic .
