The Impact of Counseling in a Manner to Stop Thinking in Reducing Psychological Exhaustion at Diyala University Employees

Abstract

Find out the impact of targeted guidance to stop thinking in a manner to reduce the psychological exhaustion at Diyala University employees, and that by verifying the authenticity of the following assumptions: - 1. No statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) arranged between the scores in the control group pre and post tests. 2. No statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) arranged between the scores of the experimental group before and after the implementation of the program. 3. No statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) arranged between the degree of experimental and control groups in the post test. Researchers used the experimental method to validate the research hypotheses, as the research sample consisted of (20) an employee in the College of Human Sciences, their distribution was randomly assigned to two equal groups, use the method with the experimental group to stop thinking, and no control group exposed to any intervention. Also used in the search scale exhaustion psychological prepared (Christina Malas and Susan Jackson, 1976) and prepared the final Faruk Osman from Egypt (1988), was adapted to the Iraqi environment by researchers, and be the scale of (25) a, were extracted sincerity by researchers using the virtual honesty, and consistency were extracted in a manner Alvakronbach for internal consistency. Also used in the search method of guidance to (stop thinking) which is designed for the purpose of reducing exhaustion and distress employees Diyala University, and the number of sessions (14) sessions, each for a period (50) minutes, continued (3) weeks, and for the purpose of ascertaining the validity of this method was presented to a group of experts in the field fitness upside to lower psychological exhaustion. The results of this research the following:1. No statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) arranged between the degrees of control group in pre and post test on a scale of psychological exhaustion.2. There were significant differences at the level (0.05) arranged between the degrees of the experimental group in pre and post test on a scale of psychological exhaustion and in favor of the post test. 3.
