Experience Of Economic Reform With Omar Bin Abdul Aziz And The Possibility To Take Advantage Of Them In The Province Of Kurdistan – Iraq

Abstract

Omar Bin Abdul Aziz Lived in the seventh century (681-720), and is one of the most famous Umayyad caliphs and was interested Shura and policy in response grievances and sequestration of all the oppressine governors, and raise grievances about the pro and dhimmis and the setting up of justice for the people of Samarkand and freedoms in his country, such as political andeconomic freedom. The economic reform issues important in the Middle East, and especially in the province of Kurdistan _ Iraq, and the world has seen of a quantum leap, both for aspects of political, economic, and lies objective of this research to identify and clarify the experience of economic reform with Omar Bin Abdul Aziz, in order to enriching project of economic reform in the Kurdistan Region - Iraq. The problem of the research lies in the lack of clarity economic reforms with Omar Bin Abdul Aziz, making it difficult to take advantage of them in the province of Kurdistan _ Iraq. The hypothesis of the search that the economic reform process is of great significance in the political stability and economic region, and lead to anti-economic and administrative corruption in the province.
