Abstract

The Effect of Especial Exercise by the Manner of Similar to Alike Movement ( isokinetic ) to Development Explosive Power in Arms and Two Skills Serve and Spike in VolleyballExperimental Research On a Sample of Volleyball players Aged (14-16 years) Adraa adnanAbstrcat The study aimed to identify the effect of special exercise in a manner of alike movement (isokinetic) to development explosive power in arms and the skills and two skills serve and spike in volleyball and the researcher assumed their was differences to the effect of special exercise when applied to develop explosive power in arms and two skills serve and spike in volleyball between experimental and control The sample groups consisted of 10 players aged ( 14-16 years) of volleyball School ine Ministry of Young, the researcher used the experimental method of pretest and posttest (experimental and control ) to achieve study objectives the sample divided into two groups ( experimental and control ), each group consisting of (5) players and then conducted pretests with special exercises carried out in a manner of alike movement (isokinetic) for a period of 9 weeks on the volleyball players after conducted pretests the data were processing by using appropriate statistical methods. The researcher reached the following conclusions: • The exercise used similar to isokinetic (similar to the movement) has had a significant effect on develop explosive power of muscles involved in the two skills serve and spike in volleyball. • The development of the explosive power of working muscles and motor path have a positive impact on the development of two skills serve and spike in volleyball. Finally, the researcher recommends the following recommendations: • Apply exercises used to develop explosive power of working muscles skillfully the two skills serve and spike in volleyball. • Further research will conducted to determine the effectiveness of the use of exercises with a isokinetic contraction in other skills in volleyball.
