تحليل المجتمع الفطري لترب اشجار الزيتون ودراسة تأثير بعض المبيدات الفطرية في نمو الفطريات السائدة

Abstract

In this study ,50 soil samples were collected from the soil surrounded the olive tree (Olea europaea) from (Al-Ataeig)in Babylon Province to study fungal population & ecological circumstances e.g. temperature & humidity in addition to the difference of fungal growth on (MEA&PDA) during October/2012 to February/2013. 1072 fungal isolates belong to 10 genera were obtained plus white mycillium which has not registered yet. Results were varied according to the growth media MEA & PDA, MEA revealed higher ratio for Deuteromycota imperfect fungi 59% then Ascomycetes 40.3% finally Zygomycetes 0.7% ,while on PDA the ratio in Deuteromycota imperfect fungi was 52.1% then Ascomycetes 47.1% finally Zygomycetes 0.8% . the result demonstrated that MEA was more efficiency for fungal growth than PDA. A.niger was higher frequency with( 47.6%) on the both media . the frequency of this genus was (34.9 , 35.3) % on(MEA , PDA) respectively.Lower ratio was recorded with Rhizopus (0.7 -0.8)% on MEA , PDA respectively for fungi form mycillium & Rhodotorella was the lower ratio with (0.3 – 0)% on MEA, PDA for fungi as yeast .Altanol (chinosol) fungicides revealed higher efficiency in inhibition growth of A.niger and Penicillium spp. In (100-150-200-250) mg active reagent/litre , while Thiophanate-methyl finished growth of Penicillium with the four concentration but with A.niger the inhibition rate of growth was differ to the four concentration .
