The impact of the training interval high-intensity load in immune blood cells among the young players

Abstract

The research focuses on impact of high training load using the training interval high-intensity load in immune blood cells by measuring the levels of certain types of immune cells before and after training and measured during periods of hospitalization after 1 hour, 2 hours, 24 hours. Thus, it turns out that the high training intensity led to a rise in all types of immune cells after performing the training immediately training load , while it is found that level of some types of immune cells ,like Allimvusaat cells and immune blood cells, has dropped from NK normal limit during periods recovery.
