The Impact of some Demographic Characteristics on Customers Loyalty: A Study of A Sample of opinion mobile phone users

Abstract

The current research seeks to explain the impact of some demographic characteristics in customer loyalty, and As for the concept of customers loyalty has a vital role to related many organization is considerable to achieve competitive advantages ,so there research is adopted the subject demographic characteristics in the field study an explained variables represented (gender - age - academic achievement) and customers loyalty as a responsive variable ,The researchers were assume an hypothetical plan for the research that reflect the nature of effect between the demographic characteristics and its loyalty .The researchers put some of main hypothesis which tested by using (SPSS.11) program for the gathered data from the questionnaire that gained from some of customers mobile phone users in the city of Mosul The research find some conclusions ,the most important one is: There is a significant effect between demographic characteristics and customers loyalty.
