التحري عن بعض المبيدات العضوية المكلورة لبعض أنواع القواقع في نهر الفرات/ وسط العراق

Abstract

The current study was conducted on five sites of Euphrates River during the period from June 2013 until May 2014 in order to investigate certain types of organochlorinated pesticides in snails’ samples (Melanoides tuberculate Muller, 1774 and Melanopsis nodosa Ferussac, 1874).The results were analysis statistically using test variation analysis in two directions (Anova: Two-Factor) and compared to the averages of the transactions when the differences between them moral using test less teams moral (LSD) at the level of the probability (P<0.05), were also unearthed the standard deviation values (SD) rates quarterly vehicles.Snails studied in three sites only are (1, 4 and 5) because cannot be obtained in other sites (2 and 3), the concentrations of organochlorine pesticides in snails were highest in all three sites for the M. nodosa and especially on site (5) the extent ranged between (12.858-1193) µg/ kg compared to M. tuberculate which recorded the lowest rates extent between (1.239-217.412) µg/ kg in site (4).
