And define the mechanisms and role of public opinion in consumer protection. The survey sample of the public to get to know their views and opinions and attitudes after the data analysis study found a number of recommendations including raising awareness among individuals, organizations and the completion of the legislative system so as to enhance the role of public opinion in consumer protection.
