Response Two Wheat Cultivars To the Stimulate Germination Treatments

Afield experiment In plant biology laboratory of the Department – College of education for pure Sciences – University of Karbala for the growing season 2013. A factional factored experiment within ( CRD) with three replicates to the applied tow wheat cultivars ( AL-Fateh and Abu-Graib ) Under six transactions impact of a (T0 without soak, T1 distilled water soak for 6 hours, T2 10% KNO3 soak for 6 hours, T3 20% KNO3 soak for 6 hours, T4 distilled water soak for 12 hours, T5 10% KNO3 soak for 12 hours, T6 20% KNO3 soak for 12 hours).Results could be summarized the different cultivars effect was significant for some traits as cultivar gave Abu Ghraib, the highest values of the speed of germination, germination percentage, and the length of radicle, and the power of gesture in the first count (speed germination), the power of gesture in the percentage of germination laboratory standard second timer except Class conquest, which gave the highest value in the wet weight.
