Abstract

The aim of the present study is to detect the role and effect that can be played the cognitive culture in achieving organizational immunity to business organizations , And especially the production organizations that related from seasonal demands as men's clothing factory in Najaf. the cognitive culture plays in a sub-dimensions which include: deeply shared values , teamwork, active exchange of knowledge , search for innovation , and open and trustworthy culture , a major role in achieving organizational immunity both natural immunity or Acquired immunity and this shown by the results of the study.The study found many of important results that can help the organization the study sample in creating Strong organizational immunity to face a different future organizational challenges.
