Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to identify the Role of organizational citizenship behavior by the five dimensions of it (altruism and kindness and civility and sportsmanship and civilized behavior and awareness of conscience) in the application of e-governance, and to achieve the objectives of the study were questionnaire design consisted of (35) items to collect preliminary data from a sample consisting study (91) employees, may represent the research community staff technical Institute /Kut. The study is based on the hypothesis that head " significant effect statistically significant the dimensions of organizational citizenship in the application of e-governance ". > It has been using a descriptive statistics and regression simple as well as a correlation Pearson to test hypotheses coefficient, and after a process of analysis of the study data and hypotheses The study found a range of results, including: - that there is a high practice to organizational citizenship behavior by members of the Technical Institute / Kut where it came from all the arithmetic mean of citizenship regulatory in all its dimensions above average. The results also indicated the presence of a positive impact for the exercise of organizational citizenship behavior in the application of e-governance kut Technical Institute.
