Abstract

This research aims to develop a template can be relied upon in evaluating the College of Physical Education curriculum according to the comprehensive quality standards requirements, and stand on the most important indicators that must be met to achieve each standard. The research problem summarize in the absence of specific standards for evaluating the College of Physical Education curriculum and learn about the level of effectiveness on the comprehensive quality standards. Since they do not meet the level of ambition to keep up with rapid development at the global level. The researcher used the descriptive survey manner for suitability of this research, On a sample of teachers of College of Physical Education Baghdad University, using some criteria and indicators for modern systems, and put it through the use of search tool (questionnaire), after the work of all the scientific foundations and the search results, And the questionnaire got the degree of (average) for the quality standard. The researcher concluded from this research, that the total quality standards is a benchmark appropriate to evaluate the academic curriculum, which is reflected on raising the professional competence of the students in the College of Physical Education, as the content needs to be continuous review in accordance with the total quality and stand on all global developments in the development of curriculum. The recommendations including the need to implement a comprehensive quality standards for curriculum and compare the results with those of the corresponding reference College her as a reference for the upgrading of teaching and learning.
