Abstract

Knowledge Management constitutes one of the cotemporary intellectual developments that have been proposed by it as a framework and new approaches in the study and understanding of the business regulatory , But it soon turned into practice is more appropriate for the changes rapidly in the business world , and may the growing role after he realized that to achieve the requirements of the Total Quality of Human Resources is mainly based on the assets of intellectual and specifically on Knowledge assets and investment , so as to enhance Innovation continuous , both was at the level of the product or process, which is considered one of other elements of the growing those requirements . But this Knowledge alone is not beneficial and should be done around the administration, which through the application into a tool to compete through its contribution to the promotion of Innovation in the Organization and through meeting the requirements of the Total Quality of Human Resources to enhance their Innovation . And to modify the behavior of the Organization itself , and the active role of this , push the study of the relationship of Innovation Organizational Knowledge Management and its impact on the achievement of requirements . In the light of that , the occurrence of the problem as it fixed about Relationship of Organizational Innovation and Knowledge Management and their impact on achieving the requirements of the Total Quality of Human Resources. And researcher has come out with a number of conclusions and recommendations on future studies .
