Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the organizational culture and the principles of total quality management, analytical study of the company's General Industries cotton, so as to know the extent of the application of the principles of total quality management in the company, in order to provide recommendations and suggestions as possible to contribute to the increased performance and enhance the role of organizational culture in building results this study hypotheses. To achieve the objectives of the study was designed to identify, was distributed to members of the sample's (65) has been using statistical system spss to analyze the data and used statistical methods descriptive to know the perceptions of the respondents to the impact of organizational culture in the principles of total quality management, as was the use of regression analysis to test the impact of independent variables on the approved changes. .They included a sample study (65) administrative staff , and adopted in the process of collecting data to identify contained questions related to organizational culture and the principles of total quality management has research found a number of results , including: the existence of a positive relationship and statistically significant between organizational culture and the principlesof quality The researcher has concluded that a set of recommendations , including:Training sessions for all employees to increase their skills and abilities to use and deal with the organizational culture of the company
