Abstract

This Study aims at Identifying the Guest Power, in other words, his role in Choosing and buying the Products (goods and services)that suit his desires, tendencies and taste and the extent he influences the administrative Leaderships in offering Products that suit the guest's needs so that the administrative leaderships become able to achieve the Organization's aims through studying the effectiveness of the Organization Management Represented by (the aim approach, the Resources System Approach) in Order to Reach the Highest Effectiveness of the Organization and Keep its Status in the Tourist Market.
