Abstract

The research aims to identify the nature of the relationship and influence between the dimensions of transformational leadership and meet the requirements of academic accreditation, as it constitutes one of transformational leadership trends adopted in the management of human resources among organizations, and academic accreditation constitute the most important advantages of the organizations in comparison with other organizations. The indicated research problem to the existence of obvious weakness in the interest of the organization surveyed employ the dimensions of transformational leadership in meeting the requirements of academic accreditation, has adopted a resolution as a tool head of the collection of research data that has been prepared on the basis of the number of scales ready after subjecting them to the standards of validity and reliability. And Mansour University College was selected as an arena for the application, has been chosen as the number of workers in the college search and sample rate (38) individuals. And to introduce and analyze the research data used statistical program ready (SPSS) is the most important statistical tools used in the analysis: "The percentage of recurrence, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, the Spearman correlation coefficient, simple linear regression." This has produced a number of tools results confirmed the validity of most of the major premise including research and pointed out that: "The presence of correlation and the impact of significant differences between transformational leadership and meet the requirements of academic accreditation." Find it and recommended the need to inform the organization researched the experiences of developed countries in the field of transformational leadership and academic accreditation and try to recruit their ideas.
