اثر نترات البوتاسيوم في تحفيز انبات صنفين من الحنطةTriticumaestivum L.

Abstract

Experiment Laboratory was Conducted in Plant Laboratory- College of Education Pure Sciences - University of Karbala for winter season in2015- 2016, experiment setup in complete randomized design (CRD) with three replications to evaluate the performance of the two types of wheat (Iraq and Adnania) under seven treatments (T0 without soak, T1 Distilled water soak for 6 hours,T210%KNO3 soak for 6 hours, T3 20% soak KNO3 for 6 hours, T4 distilled water for 12 hours , T5 10% soak KNO3 for 12 hours, T6 20%soak KNO3 for 12 hours. The results showed the following:treatments soak seedsAffected in the speed of germination(%), percentage of germination laboratory benchmark(%) , radicle length,dry weight , and the strength of Seedlings in the first count and powerSeedlings in the percentage of germination standard laboratory, while not affected in the Seedlings content of chlorophyll ,wet weight and mother-plumula . results showed that different cultivars after morally in some of the traits, as the product was Adnania highest value in each of the speed germination%, percentage of germination laboratory benchmark% , power of Seedlings in the first count, power of Seedlings in the percentage of germination laboratory standard .Iraq variety was significant in wet weight and Dry weight.
