The impact of strategic flexibility and environmental Uncertinity in organizational health ( field research in a number of Iraqi industrial companies).

Abstract

Targeted research to measure and analyze correlations and effect between flexibility strategy as an independent variable represented (flexibility productivity, market flexibility, human capital elasticity) and pursued by organizations in order to confrontation and adapt to the state of environmental uncertainty represented by each of the (kinetic, hostile, heterogeneity) , and organizational health across its dimensions (physical, mental, social), has been used to identify Kadh court to collect the data, and to achieve its goals of research and definition of variables that are related to the nature of relations among them, it was five from the Iraqi industrial companies a field of research. The research found a number of conclusions, including the flexibility variable strategy boosted Responder Organization health variable, and did not enhance the environmental uncertainty and between each of the sub-variables for the health of the organization of b (mental, social), and that employment flexibility variable strategy will contribute to further positive changes in the health of the organization to exclude mediator variable environmental uncertainty in the companies in question is the most important recommendations: expand interest in areas that promote the health of organizations and organizational reasons stand on morbidity, with other proposals are projects for future research and studies.
