Elpaal Inhibitory for Certain Types of Lactic Acid Bacteria Toward The Two Types of Moldes Asp. Flavus , Asp. Parasiticus and Production of Toxin

Abstract

Included access to the types of isolates of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) from different types. They were obtained three isolates belonging to the species of Lactobacillus plantarum , Lactobacillus delebruccii subsp .Bulgaricus and Lactobacillus casei. Where the diagnosis based on the mocrophological properties and biochemical tests. The study also included aget of fungal isolates which producing aflatoxins from different samples of maize and expormoine its ability to produce of toxin. The study ensure at other side of stady isolate species of LAB to inhibit. The groth of fungi producing aflatoxins and reduce its ability to produce this kind of mycotoxins using well method for broth media method the stady reached the following results. With regards to how broth media method . the results showed increased portability of LAB on the inhibition of the groth and production of toxin with increasing the concentrate best of added bacteria where (10%) concentrate become best compane (5%) and (1%) concentration. With regard to production types of the toxin, the kind L. bulgaricus and by the impact of (83%) then type L. Plantarum by the impact (81.7%). As for the fungus A. flavus , type L. bulgaricus was the most influential by percentage up to (88%) followed by the type L. casei and by the impact reached (80%) then the type L. plantarum with (76.4%) with regards of broth media method. The resaite above shows that LAB have the ability to inhibit the growth and toxin production of fungi producing aflatoxins.
